A brief history...
Station Garage was established as a family business in 1974 by Brian Dawson who began his apprenticeship as a mechanic in the exact same building over 60 years ago. Brian completed his apprenticeship in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers whilst undertaking his National Service - where he also acquired his Driving Licence by driving tanks around an assault course!
The Team
The team work hard to ensure high standards of friendliness, trustworthiness and reliability are delivered to customers at all times:
- Peter Walsh - Garage Manager and MOT Inspector
- Simon Collings - Senior Mechanic and MOT Inspector
- Sam Southwood - Mechanic
- Sandra Walsh - Anything not requiring tools (Mon-Thurs)
- Christine Dawson - Ditto on Friday

For those people who find it more difficult to get to a garage Monday to Friday, please call us on 01706 822364 and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
We are VAT registered. As such we are able to service new cars without invalidating the warranty. We can fit dealer parts if required.
All major debit and credit cards welcome. Payments over the phone possible.
